Students often feel unable to cope with the new challenges and tasks which confront them and often report stress and anxiety. If students are aware of strategies they can use to assist them with the stress and anxiety the transition can be much easier. This brief seminar will provide students with the opportunity to learn about and understand their own coping and to expand their repertoire of coping strategies.
